In addition to the change of hosting, is the use of Joomla Content Management System. The use of the Content Management System will make managing the system easier and better. Only thing is, Joomla is very new to the webmaster and your webmaster is still studying how to run the program. So, it's going to take a while for 'better' to be realized.
